September 12, 2021 - Lesson 1: Esau Forgives His Brother

Big Idea: God forgives me, so I can forgive others.

Bible Basis: Genesis 27, 32-33

Key Verse: Forgive one another (wipe hands together as if brushing dirt off) just as God (point up) forgave (brush hands together again) you (point toward children) because of what Christ has done (stretch arms out like a cross). Ephesians 4:32 (extend hands like you’re holding a book).

OPENING PRAYER

Lord, open now my heart to hear, And through your Word to me draw near. Let me your Word ever pure retain; Let me your child and heir remain. All this I ask in Jesus’ name. Amen.
