They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer… Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”  Acts 2:42,46,47

Spiritual Growth comes through time spent in God's Word, the Bible.  It's why the early church devoted themselves to God’s Word (the teaching of the apostles). When they did, they didn’t do it alone, they did it together!

God promises to strengthen our relationship to Him and our relationships with one another as we spend time in his word. This fall, we are starting a number of small groups so that together we can grow in our relationship with God and each other. These sermon based studies dig deeper into the text which was preached on Sunday.  They will give opportunities for questions, discussion, as well as the sharing of personal joys, struggles, and experiences.  No prior knowledge is necessary, just a desire to learn. Sign up for the class that best fits your schedule today!

What is a Small Group?

Our Savior Small Groups are gatherings of 10-15 people that currently meet together online each week to grow in faith, grow in their relationships with one another, and to build a support system for those difficult times in life.

Why join a group?

  • Groups are an important way to grow in your faith.

  • Groups are a great way to meet new friends and develop deeper relationships with those you already know.

  • Groups are an easy way to have a support system during difficult times through the relationships that are developed there.

How do I sign up?

You can join a growth group any time during a semester, not just at the beginning. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to join a group in your neighborhood. There are four (count 'em, four!) ways to sign up for the group of your choice:

  • Online. Simply click on the "Join Now" button below, browse the available groups and register online.

  • On the weekend at our worship service. All you have to do is check the box indicating your interest in growth groups on the back of a Connect Card or through our online connect card.

  • On email, by emailing pastor at oursaviorbirmingham.com.

  • On the phone, by calling the Our Savior office (205-677-8642).

Don't miss this opportunity to get connected!
