3 QUESTIONS:
When threatened by a large-scale attack, what would most kings do? By contrast, what did Jehoshaphat do?
Take a close look at Jehoshaphat’s prayer, taking note of its various parts. Think about how you can include those parts in your prayers. (Verse 6; Verses 7-9; Verses 10,11; Verse 12)
Imagine yourself as part of an army going out to face a much larger army. Imagine you are told you will not have to fight but simply to stand still and wait for some unexplained and undefined deliverance. What would go through your mind? In our age of possible nuclear attack at any time, what comfort can we take from how the Lord delivered Israel?

What missionary did the Lord send to Naaman? Why might this person have been bitter and have tried to get even with Namaan by not telling him about God’s grace?
Was there ever a time when you refused to share your faith because you disliked the person to whom God had given you the opportunity to witness?
Why did Naaman balk at washing in the Jordan? Why was he disappointed with the whole way Elisha treated him? How did Naaman show he had entirely changed after he was healed?
