Cooking with Karen

Do you like to eat chocolate chip cookie dough? Join pastry chef Karen Haberland as she walks you through the steps to make quick and easy chocolate chip cookie dough truffles.  These truffles mix up quickly and are perfect any time of the year. They're especially great to take to parties and other gatherings. Folks who attend the workshop will learn how to mix the dough, roll the truffles and dip them into melted chocolate-- and the best thing is they'll take a bunch home with them!  Cooking with Karen will be held on Saturday, April 23rd, at 1:00 pm at Our Savior Lutheran Church.
